We work in a similar way to a high street letting agent, except we wont charge you any fees and the end customer is a contractor, professional or leisure guest who pays to stay per night or week instead of longer term on an AST. Our properties are managed over a long term, with a fixed rent payed to the landlord.

Flexible Agreement
We ideally look to take on properties for 24-36 months but are happy to tailor this to suit each individual's specific needs or plans. If you change your mind or have an unexpected change of circumstances then we will endeavour to work with the landlord to return the property at the earliest reasonable time. We generally accept a mutual 6 month notice period.
No Small Maintenance Worries
We are happy to cover day to day maintenance up to an agreed amount. However, the landlord will still be responsible for the fabric of the building including things such as the roof, boiler, plumbing and electrics.
Agreed Fixed Rent
A fixed annual rental income paid on time, every month. You will always be paid the same amount regardless of the occupancy we achieve. In some cases you may be eligible of an up front rental payment of up to 3 months upon signing.
Property Inspections, Cleaning and Maintenance
Our professional cleaning team will clean and inspect every property after each guest has stayed. All maintenance issues get reported and dealt with quickly meaning the property is constantly kept in its best condition.
No End Of Term Refurbishment
When the property is returned to the landlord we can be sure that it is in the same if not better condition than when we received it, meaning no end of tenancy refurb costs due to messy tenants.
Protected From Nightmare Tenants
All of our guests are vetted with deposits and ID’s taken. Guests will only ever stay up to a maximum of 3 months and do not have the right to occupy. This means that by law they are not classed as tenants and as per the terms that they agree to, can be removed from the property at any time if causing a nuisance.
